I love getting to work with real estate agents and teams. Professional photos are SO valuable in this space. I even have a special package for realtor team photos—it allows us to get photos with the whole team and then get each agent headshots they can make the most of.

Realtor Team Photos — Troy Kerrn Home Marketing

The Troy Kerrn team was so lovely to work with. They originally decided to go with another photographer in the area with their main reason being the cost.

The other photographer ended up cancelling on them. After they booked an Airbnb for the shoot, made everyone’s schedules align, picked their outfits and solidified their vision. Not only did they cancel, but they cancelled THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOOT.

The team really didn’t want to have to rearrange everything and lose out on the cost of the Airbnb. They were in dire last minute need,

Let me tell ya, I felt like a real superhero since, by some good grace, I was available.

Being able to show up and give these guys the team photo experience they deserve was a reminder of why I love what I do so much.

As much as it was chaos for them, I was so proud to provide an experience that this team ended up really valuing.

Their entire story is a huge testament to why the higher investment is typically worth it.

Realtor Team Photo Shoot

We set up shop for the day at the Airbnb they rented in Peoria, Illinois. It totally matched their vibe and I looooooveeeee getting to have the venue be on-brand for realtor brand photos.

I don’t always include black and white photos for my branding clients, but it felt right for some of their shots—if black and white is YOUR vibe let me know and we will totally include some in your gallery!

I usually go ham on detail shots for brand photos but for realtor team photos, I know that headshots are the real bread and butter. We still got loads of variety, but really focused on getting really strong headshots everyone would love. Realtors so often cut themselves out of the photo to use in graphics or on signage and it works so well.

I really loved getting photos of Troy and his mom, who plays a special role on the team—and she is so stinkin cute. Her thing is always having a measuring tape and walking around getting measurements.

This was such a fun shoot for me, and they even ended up leaving me such a sweet google review which I will totally cherish forever.
