11 seniors from 6 different Central Illinois schools. The AFP seniors are flourishing.

Unique Senior Photography

A lot of seniors may notice that most of the other people in their class end up going to the same photographer for their senior photography. The all end up with photos that look near identical. With the same locations or studio backdrops. They feel cold and stiff and don’t do a thing to show them as an individual.

We ain’t doin that over here.

My approach revolves around you and what makes you unique. Senior photography that captures the real you.

Studio Senior Photography

Niamh took advantage of The Full Experience senior photography package! This one includes one mini senior session in the studio and another outdoors. We did this book/plant themed indoor session in the studio and we will have her outdoor session in the Spring with the blooms.

Senior sessions in the studio can be a great way to get a little more creative and personalized, like with Niamh’s plant and book backdrop.

Studio sessions are also a great way to get some posed photos with your cap and gown, sports gear, college apparel, or even for including pets!

If you want to make the most of your senior photos, The Full Experience package is the way to go.

Addie’s Senior Photography Feedback

I loved how much you hyped me up! It made me feel confident and relaxed. I also liked that you explained what was going to happen during our time; where would we go, which outfit to use, etc.

Senior Photography & Confidence

I’ve heard a lot from my seniors about how much they loved my approach to their photos. From showing them how to pose, making an effort to make each and every person comfortable, and allowing them to feel beautiful, excited, and confident in front of the camera.

That part of my approach to senior photography is beyond important to me.

It can be intimidating being in front of the camera. And I get that these days, social media and the people around us can lead to a lot of body image issues or leave us with less confidence than we started with.

I want my seniors to see themselves in a different light when that gallery hits their inbox.

I want them to understand how beautiful and valuable they truly are. We can all be so self critical. We are our own worst enemies and at the end of the day it can really hurt us. I love using this medium to try to counter that.

Central Illinois Senior Photography

Those are my fall seniors for the class of 2024! My goal was to serve 10 seniors this fall, and I am so grateful to have surpassed that!

My impact is that this is more than a photoshoot. This is the confidence boost that every teenager needs as they begin to make their space in the world. Never underestimate how powerful that is.

Book your senior photography shoot and let’s capture what makes you real and you.

Senior Photographer Looking for Inspo?!?!?!??

I have loved bringing my own touch to senior photography, and I think a HUGE part of that and being able to bring my seniors some comfort and confidence lays in posing.

Focusing on natural poses and prompts has let us get photos with genuine personality. No more stiff photos that all look exactly the same.

Grab your guide for posing seniors! It will totally change the way your shoots flow.
